Academic Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience

Main Responsibilities:

• Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders through effective communication and engagement
• Conduct regular branch visits to understand challenges faced by staff and provide support
• Gauge employees’ performance and identify opportunities for improvement and gather feedback
• Facilitate focus groups and engagement sessions to identify issues and gather feedback
• Implement strategies to increase employee engagement, especially among top performers
• Address conflicts and grievances promptly and effectively
• Analyze reasons for employee departures to improve retention and organizational processes
• To develop and maintain a pool of good prospects/candidates and share profiles of the most suitable candidates, as per required job specifications
• Identify and address current and future talent needs across all functional units

Core Competencies:

• Good communication skills, both written and spoken
• Good at people management
• Good at team building, conflict & time management skills
• In-depth knowledge of banking system, policies, procedures, & products
