Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience
Main Responsibilities:
- Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders through effective communication and engagement
- Conduct regular branch visits to understand challenges faced by staff and provide support
- Gauge employees’ performance and identify opportunities for improvement and gather feedback
- Facilitate focus groups and engagement sessions to identify issues and gather feedback
- Implement strategies to increase employee engagement, especially among top performers
- Address conflicts and grievances promptly and effectively
- Analyze reasons for employee departures to improve retention and organizational processes
- To develop and maintain a pool of good prospects/candidates and share profiles of the most suitable candidates, as per required job specifications
- Identify and address current and future talent needs across all functional units
Core Competencies:
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken
- Good at people management
- Good at team building, conflict & time management skills
- In-depth knowledge of banking system, policies, procedures, & products
