Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd โ Saya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐บ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ to lead our embroidery unit in Korangi, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing the entire unit operations, including all types of embroidery machinery, technical oversight, production scheduling, team leadership, and quality control. This role is critical in ensuring timely and high-quality output that aligns with design and production goals.
๐๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Diploma/Bachelorโs degree in Textile Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant technical field.

๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ: Minimum 7โ10 years of hands-on experience in managing a commercial embroidery unit.
๐๐ผ๐ฏ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฝ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป:-
- Lead and manage the entire embroidery unit, including planning, scheduling, and daily operations.
- Ensure efficient functioning of all types of embroidery machinery.
- Oversee machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with technical staff for minimal downtime.
- Supervise and train embroidery operators, helpers, and technicians to meet production and quality targets.
- Monitor and manage production timelines, output quality, and reduce rework and wastage.
- Work closely with design, production, and merchandising teams to interpret artwork and execute samples and bulk orders.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure that finished products meet company standards.
- Maintain detailed records of machine performance, production data, and manpower efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards within the unit.
- Coordinate procurement of consumables and spare parts with the procurement department.
