Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘆 to lead our embroidery unit in Korangi, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing the entire unit operations, including all types of embroidery machinery, technical oversight, production scheduling, team leadership, and quality control. This role is critical in ensuring timely and high-quality output that aligns with design and production goals.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Minimum 7–10 years of hands-on experience in managing a commercial embroidery unit.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:-

Lead and manage the entire embroidery unit, including planning, scheduling, and daily operations.
Ensure efficient functioning of all types of embroidery machinery.
Oversee machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with technical staff for minimal downtime.
Supervise and train embroidery operators, helpers, and technicians to meet production and quality targets.
Monitor and manage production timelines, output quality, and reduce rework and wastage.
Work closely with design, production, and merchandising teams to interpret artwork and execute samples and bulk orders.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure that finished products meet company standards.
Maintain detailed records of machine performance, production data, and manpower efficiency.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards within the unit.
Coordinate procurement of consumables and spare parts with the procurement department.
