𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 (𝗦𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀)

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Purchase (Stitching & Packaging Materials) to manage the procurement of stitching, packaging, trims, consumables, and other production-related materials at Head office, Karachi.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement.

Strong experience in purchasing stitching accessories, trims, packaging materials, and production consumables.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:-

Manage end-to-end purchasing of stitching materials, packaging materials, trims, accessories, and production consumables.
Source and evaluate vendors based on quality, price, lead time, and reliability.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Ensure timely availability of materials as per production and dispatch requirements.
Maintain and develop a reliable supplier/vendor database.
Obtain quotations, conduct price comparisons, and prepare purchase recommendations.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, Merchandising, Quality, and Finance for material requirements.
Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, shortages, and pending supplies.
Ensure purchased materials meet approved quality and specification standards.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or delivery timelines.
Maintain proper procurement records and ensure compliance with company purchasing procedures.
