Human Resource Manager (Position based in Karachi)

Responsibilities include assisting HR Head in developing, coordinating and executing all human resource functions in support of the organization. Functional areas of involvement include Manpower Planning and
Budgeting, Compensation & Benefits, HR operations, Performance Management, Training and Development and Organizational Development Initiatives.
Candidates should be masters in relevant field or similar qualification in related discipline with minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience preferably in mutual funds or financial sector.
