Al Meezan Group Jobs October 2019:We are hiring Administration Officer (Islamabad)
Responsibility: Primarily providing support services and related assignments including branch maintenance, safety and security, procurement, record keeping in ERP, vendor management, travel arrangement etc.; Processing and ensuring smooth flow of effective and efficient operations regarding Administrative Services to North Region and upcoming city’s projects; Planning and coordinating administrative procedures & systems, and devising ways to streamline processes in the Region in coordination with Head Office (Karachi).
Qualification: Bachelor’s from any HEC Recognized University
Experience: Minimum four years’ relevant experience, preferably in AMCs / Financial Sector; Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and ERP systems is a perquisite.

Officer – Training (Islamabad)
Responsibility: Planning, organizing, managing and conducting in-house training sessions for Staff, specifically Sales Force mainly in North Region; Introducing a learning environment in coordination with and guidance of the Training Department.
Qualification: Preferably Masters from any HEC Recognized University (Bachelors can also apply.)
Experience: Minimum four years’ relevant experience, preferably in AMCs / Financial Sector; Good presentation and soft communication skills are a perquisite; Hands-on experience of Training & Learning Management; Knowledge related to Shariah, Financial Products Selling and AML related regulations will be an added advantage
