Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for casting parts while ensuring cost, quality, and timely availability.
- Build and manage supplier relationships through vendor development, negotiations, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Drive cost optimization, mitigate supply chain risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Strong negotiation & supplier management skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in ERP, Excel & Power BI.
- Excellent communication, collaboration & problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic sourcing and supplier management.
Experience & Education
Experience:
- 8–10 years of procurement experience in the manufacturing or automotive/tractor industry.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
