To support our business growth, we are currently hiring:
Executive – Recruitment (Human Resources)

Key Responsibilities:
■ Screening candidates through telephonic interview.
■ Schedule candidates for the interview by aligning with departments
■ Prepare Joining forms and Orientation Kit for new coming employees.
■ Ensure timely updating of records in Personal file for all the changes occurring during employee life cycle.
■ Maintain efficient filling system with quick & easy retrieval of documents.

■ Co-ordinate & arrange logistics for employee events like sports day, employee function etc.
■ Assist in updating the job descriptions & organograms of all divisions on need basis.
■ Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting institutes, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
■ Maintain CV Data Bank.
■ Maintain Human Resource Data Base of candidates ( Shortlisted/Hold/ Rejected)
■ Job posting on social media platforms.
We need
■ Qualification & Experience: Graduation with 04 years of experience and MBA with 02 years of relevant experience.
