Executive – Payables
Accounts & Finance Department
Education & Experience:
- Masters with 2 years & Bachelors with 4 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate and timely recording of purchase invoices.
- Ensuring prompt disbursement of vendor payments in accordance with their credit terms.
- Facilitate advance payments to vendors and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding balances.
- Assist in the preparation of vendor aging analysis, including the monitoring of advances.
- Address and resolve observations identified by internal auditors in a timely manner.
- Provide support to senior finance officers as required.
- Comprehensive understanding of petty cash management and bank reconciliation processes.
- Exhibit a sound understanding of sales processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & SAP S4 HANA.
