Education & Experience:

Master’s degree with 10 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of industrial experience.
Hands-on experience with the SAP SD module.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute towards achieving CRC / GI sales targets.
Assist senior team in organizing, planning, and implementing strategies.
Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g., sales processes, orders, and payment).
Track weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
Build relationships with existing and new customers.
Prepare for seminars and exhibitions.
Maintain ASML information on social media.
Ensure product availability based on customer consultations.
Manage timely customer payments and issue delivery notes.
Handle complaints from customers.
Analyze and interpret retail data, including expenses and competition, in coordination with the end user.
Keep up-to-date on competitor policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet assigned sales targets.
Stay informed about new developments in the market.
Support the Sales & Marketing team in obtaining orders from customers.
Develop new customers and maintain close relationships with existing ones.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Sales Coordination departments to ensure smooth execution of sales contracts.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to improve the supply chain partnership.
Conduct market and end-user visits.
Prepare a database of customer requirements.
Reconcile customer ledgers for assigned customers.
Liaise with transporters to ensure smooth dispatches.
Expand the client portfolio within the designated region.
