REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong computer proficiency with advanced expertise in spreadsheet applications.
- Familiar with call evaluation matrices and reporting processes
- Must be capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to address customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ability to lead and manage the quality assurance team.
- Ability to adapt and perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is crucial, including flexibility to work varying shifts based on business requirements.
- Prior experience in call center quality assurance and operations is preferred.
