We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team, specifically for the Pediatrics segment.
Requirements:
ยท Education: Pharm-D and/or MBA (Marketing preferred).
ยท Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the same role (SPM).
ยท Segment: Must have relevant experience in the Pediatrics therapeutic area.
Key Responsibilities:
ยท Drive strategic planning and execution of marketing activities for pediatric products.
ยท Analyze market trends and competitor landscape to identify growth opportunities.
ยท Collaborate with sales, medical, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment and execution.
ยท Develop promotional materials and conduct training sessions for the field force.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Creativity and strategic thinking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Team player with leadership potential.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
