Position: Manager Procurement
Education: MBA
Experience: 5 to 7 years

Responsibilities:

To establish, maintain, implement and monitor SOPs for local procurement and procurement processes;
To establish, maintain, implement and monitor SOPs for vendor selection;
To establish, maintain and update record of all purchases including vendor name and address, rates at which material is supplied, and dates of supply;
To be responsible for Material Resource Planning in active coordination with Production department
To comply with any other additional responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department.
Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.

Experience: Minimum 4 Years
Responsibilities:

Represent Agha Steel Ind industries negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.
Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them to determine product availability and terms of sales.
Develop and implement procurement and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
Analyze market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability.
Control procurement department budgets.
Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids.
Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
