JOB DESCRIPTION: The Coordinator of Human Resources will lead the entire talent acquisition cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, while partnering with hiring managers to develop strategic talent acquisition plans. The role involves utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-caliber candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. Additionally, the Coordinator will collaborate with school-based staff to align processes with institutional culture and goals, maintain a pipeline of potential candidates, and ensure compliance with institutional policies and budget constraints. The incumbent will also manage multiple contracts and monthly payroll in the HRIS.
Requirements:
MBA or MPA in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of four years of relevant talent acquisition experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and techniques, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
Proactive problem-solving approach with a focus on continuous improvement and hands-on experience with AI tools and MS Office.
