REQUIREMENTS • MBA degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing. • 8+ years of Progressive Sales Experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 4-5 years in Modern Trade/Channel Management. • Proven Success in Managing Relationships with Modern Trade Accounts and Achieving Sales Targets. • Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Analytical Skills. • Proficiency in using Sales and Distribution Management Tools and Systems.
