Position Description

Plans, manages, and executes assigned Radio care projects (SW/HW upgrades, Preventive Care, Expert Support, change deliveries).
Lead pilots and trials.
Maintains network installed base details.
Provide maintenance support for equipment and applications.
Fault diagnostics and processing
Processing of Technical Queries, Fault Reports, emergencies, installation of patches, implement corrections
Analysis and fault clearance of NE elements
Emergency duty (24/7)
Participation in installation, commissioning, Integration, acceptance, Testing of 2G, 3G Nokia Controllers & 4G e Node B’s.
New feature implementation.
Analysis of problems, proposing / implementation of solutions and workarounds
SW updates and upgrades
Tracing of error scenarios
Symptoms / log collection in case of HW/SW problems
Support 3rd parties in case of HW upgrade or maintenance
Collecting requested evidence for higher level(s) of support

Position Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or computer engineering

10 years of working experience
Technology Skills 2G, 3G, LTE
Expertise on Nokia SRAN, mcBSC. mcTC, Flexi BSC, RNC2600 & mcRNC implementation
Expertise on AoIP, Packet Over ABIS Implementation & Troubleshooting
Expertise of doing the SW upgrade / updates to the latest release on the live node
Expertise on LTE eNode B
Knowledge of IP Networks
Team player
Result oriented
Ability to work independently in a high pressure environment
Discretion in routine matters
Good communication and reporting skills
Ability to share knowledge
Fluent in written and spoken English
Ready to work at night and travel on short notice
Valid Driver’s license
