- Responsibilities include assisting HR Head in developing, coordinating and executing all human resource functions in support of the organization. Functional areas of involvement include Manpower Planning and
- Budgeting, Compensation & Benefits, HR operations, Performance Management, Training and Development and Organizational Development Initiatives.
- Candidates should be masters in relevant field or similar qualification in related discipline with minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience preferably in mutual funds or financial sector.
