Sadaqat Limited is looking for an experienced procurement professional to join our team as 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 (𝗗𝘆𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝘀).

If you have 8–10 years of procurement experience in the textile sector (with 4–5 years in a managerial role handling dyes & chemicals)—along with strong expertise in group-wide procurement, international buyer compliance (ZDHC MRSL, OEKO-TEX, GOTS), supplier negotiation, and ERP systems—and hold a B.Sc. in Textile Engineering/Chemistry or M.Sc. Chemistry—we want to hear from you!

Required Qualification

B.Sc. Textile Engineering / Textile Chemistry (Wet Processing) Or M.Sc. Chemistry From A Reputable Institution
MBA In Supply Chain Management Or A Procurement Certification (CIPS / CSCP) Is An Added Advantage

Experience

8-10 Years Of Procurement Experience In The Textile Sector, With At Least 4-5 Years In A Managerial Role Handling Dyes And Chemicals
Hands-On Exposure To The Dyeing, Printing & Finishing Processes Of A Composite Or Processing Mill
Proven Experience Handling Imports And Dealing With Multinational And Local Chemical Suppliers
Working Knowledge Of ERP Systems (SAP MM / Oracle) and MS Excel

Key Responsibilities

Plan And Manage Group-Wide Procurement Of Reactive, Disperse, Vat And Pigment Dyes, Auxiliaries, Basic Chemicals And Finishing Agents For All Plants
Develop And Evaluate Suppliers, Both Multinational Principals And Local Distributors, Negotiate Prices, Credit Terms & Annual Rate Contracts
Ensure All Purchased Chemicals Comply With International Buyer Requirements And Sustainability Standards Such As ZDHC MRSL, OEKO-TEX, BLUESIGN, GOTS And REACH
Coordinate With The Processing, R&D & Lab Departments On New Product Approvals, Lab Trials, Chemical Substitution & Cost-Saving Initiatives
Manage Import Procurement: LC Opening, Shipping Documentation, Customs Clearance And Coordination With Clearing Agents, Including The Use Of Export Facilitation Schemes Where Applicable
Monitor Price Trends, Exchange-Rate Movements And Market Shortages To Plan Purchases And Keep Inventory At Optimum Levels
Maintain Safe Storage And Handling Practices, Including MSDS/SDS Records, Shelf-Life Control And FIFO
Prepare Procurement MIS Reports, Savings Analysis And Budget-Versus-Actual Reports For Management
Lead And Develop The Dyes & Chemicals Procurement Team
