Position: Management Trainee (Marketing & Content Creation)

Are you in your 20s, always on social media, and confident in front of a camera? If you’re passionate about creating content and curious about marketing, we’d like to hear from you.

We’re looking for a Management Trainee to join BMA Investment Advisors and support a wide range of activities across the marketing department, with a focus on driving engagement and expanding our social media presence.

Experience: 0-6 months. Experience is not mandatory. Passion, confidence and a willingness to learn matter more.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for content creation and marketing
• A creative and experimental mindset
• Comfort speaking and appearing on camera, and a presentable personality
• Good spoken English
• Quick learning and a willingness to support the team across marketing tasks
• A good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Basic mobile shooting and video editing skills
• Prior content creation experience, samples or projects (they’ll make your profile stand out)

What You’ll Do:

• Create and execute engaging Reels, posts, stories & short-form content
• Appear in and shoot content
• Support content for offline campaigns and collaterals
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and day-to-day tasks
• Stay on top of social media trends & emerging formats

Location: Karachi (on site)
