Maxim Agri is looking for candidates for the position of Assistant Manager Taxation
Position: Assistant Manager Taxation
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of accounts and taxation experience, preferably in agriculture, FMCG or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of federal and provincial tax laws, customs, FED and IFRS, including IAS 12.
- Hands-on SAP Business One experience; familiarity with FBR IRIS and e-invoicing is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing monthly, interim and annual management accounts.
- Review payables and receivables for policy and tax compliance.
- Conduct inventory audits, maintain the Fixed Asset Register and coordinate insurance matters.
- Ensure timely federal and provincial tax filings and maintain tax accounting in ERP.
- Monitor tax updates, support tax planning and advise management on tax implications.
- Handle tax notices, audits and disputes with external consultants.
