HIRING ON DEPUTATION BASIS

National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) requires services of qualified, talented and self-motivated officers of Federal / Provincial Governments/ Autonomous Bodies, working in BPS-19/20 or equivalent on regular basis against the following positions, on deputation basis, on standard terms and conditions. The pre-requisite for the post is as under:

1. Director General (Regional Office)

Post Details: Regular Government Officers of BS-19/20 or equivalent having minimum 17 years or above post qualification experience.

Place of Posting: ICT, KPK, or anywhere in Pakistan.

Eligible Officers:
- All Occupational Groups

Federal and Provincial Ex-Cadre Officers (preferably Secretariat, Directorates, Audit and Accounts)

Provincial Management/Service / Ex-Cadre Officers

Required Experience: i. Experience in administration, management and financial management, including planning, budgeting, resource management and financial oversight.

ii. Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, implementation, monitoring, coordination and evaluation of projects/programmes.

iii. Experience in organizational management, coordination & handling of administration/operation.

iv. Experience in coordination and preparation of briefs, summaries, reports and documents.

v. Experience in Education or TVET sector shall be given preference.

2. Director General (Planning & Development)

Post Details: Regular Government Officers of BS-19/20 or equivalent having minimum 17 years or above post qualification experience.

Place of Posting: NAVTTC HQ.

Required Experience: The candidate should possess substantial professional experience in development planning, project management, monitoring and evaluation or technical and vocational education and training (TVET), including experience in the following areas:

Preparation, formulation and processing of PCI for development projects/schemes.

Monitoring, evaluation and appraisal of development projects and programmes.

Formulation, and implementation of policies, and frameworks relating to training.

Preparation and implementation of training plans and programmes in consultation and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Contribution to the formulation, review and implementation of TVET policies and strategies in coordination with stakeholders.

Experience in project planning, project management, administration and institutional coordination.
- Experience in stakeholder management, inter-agency coordination and preparation of policy briefs, summaries, reports and documents.

i. The positions are required to be filled on deputation through approved SOPs / amendment (if any)

ii. vi. Applicants will be disqualified, if they fail to meet the prerequisites of the advertised posts at the time of interview.

viii. The selected candidates shall submit their joining at NAVTTC HQs Islamabad, however, they shall be posted in the offices located anywhere in Pakistan.

ix. NAVTTC reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any application or the entire hiring process at any stage without assigning any reason and to increase or decrease the number of posts as deemed necessary
