POSITION: LMS COORDINATOR

LOCATION: ISLAMABAD

Job Overview: The LMS Coordinator will be responsible for the content management and administration of The Millennium Education’s Learning Management System (MATRIX – LMS) including ongoing development, configuration, curriculum development and modification, reporting and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on assignments related to routine and daily operation, use and configuration of the MATRIX – LMS.
Manage community areas within the MATRIX – LMS including functionality, appearance, tabs, and settings.
Identify and communicate opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements.
Acquire and maintain knowledge of current technology as it applies to MATRIX – LMS software and systems.
Maintain procedures and policies to ensure the security and integrity of the system.
Write and maintain technical procedures and policy documentation.
Collaborate with the HR Department on training needs and opportunities for the expansion of talent development within the organization.
Act as an internal consultant by analyzing data and recommending solutions to utilize the MATRIX – LMS to deliver, track training and measure performance to meet organizational objectives.
Create and update resources to train and support learners on how to use the technology for online and professional development.

Qualifications:

BSc / BS IT / MCS / Software Engineering or any IT related qualifications from a reputable institution (HEC Recognized).
Qualified Teacher or other Nationally Recognized Diploma and Formal Undergraduate Degree.

Experience:

2-4 years’ experience in school and/or as an LMS Administrator and/or retail experience.
Experience in IT application programming or data & systems integration. Experience in Project Management will be an advantage.
