RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing workshop operations & manpower of Peshawar BRT Bus Depot, Hybrid-Electric Busses.
• Prioritizing and assigning work to meet operational requirements.
• Ensuring quality, compliance, and safety of assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Coach and mentor technicians and Executives.
• Monitor associate work levels, KPI’s and making Bi-Yearly appraisals.
• Facility management, assuring a clean and safe working environment.
• Other duties and tasks including monthly KPI defense with TPC (Trans-Peshawar Company) & other tasks as assigned by HOD.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates having qualifications of Mechanical Engineering or BS Mechanical are encouraged to apply.
• 5 to 6 years of experience on similar position.
• Operation management skills.

• Ensure safety standards, facility cleanliness, and quality compliance across all maintenance activities.
• Preparation of pit inspection reports & handover sheets.
• Air filters & AC filters cleaning activities.
• Engine oil & oil filters replacement.
• Supervise running repair units.
• Follow safety protocols & procedures.
