Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in brand activations

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage in-store & on-ground project planning completely from inception to execution in the assigned region

• Execute BA programs, corporate category captains, on-ground activations and manage resource hiring, grooming, development, monitoring and evaluation

• Conduct weekly market visits and monthly reporting, and analysis of in-store and on-ground activations

• Oversee schedule of the projects, track KPIs and direct execution from vendors

• Implement SOPs pertaining to operations, permanent BA programs, corporate Category Captains and on-ground activations

• Design, brand, deploy, and maintain in-store fixtures, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and visibility standards

• Conduct regular visits to review execution quality and benchmark against competitors

• Collaborate with MR sales team, Brand Managers, Procurement, and vendors for the development, production, and installation of fixtures and branding materials

• Manage monthly requirements, reporting, cost approval, and related documentation for fixtures and branding
