Kamal Textile Mills (Pvt) Ltd. – Apparel Division is looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional for the position of Sr. Fashion Designer in Faisalabad.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop innovative apparel design concepts in line with seasonal trends and buyer requirements.
- Create sketches, mood boards, tech packs, color stories, and design presentations.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Product Development, Sampling, and Production teams.
- Select fabrics, trims, prints, embellishments, and silhouettes suitable for the target market.
- Review sample development and ensure design intent is maintained through production.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams for approvals, revisions, and final execution.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Apparel / Fashion Design.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric behavior, fit, silhouettes, and fashion trends.
- Experience in designing for export-oriented apparel businesses and international buyers will be preferred.
- Good coordination, presentation, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in fashion illustration, design development, and collection planning.
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor degree in Textile, Fashion or a relevant field.
