WE’RE HIRING! CRM LEAD KARACHI
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
Develop and execute CRM, retention, and customer lifecycle strategies.
Manage customer segmentation, personalized journeys, and targeted campaigns across SMS, push, email, and WhatsApp.
Drive repeat purchase, retention, reactivation, loyalty, and customer frequency.
Track and improve CRM performance, conversions, customer value, and campaign ROI.
Analyze customer behavior and continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing and insights.
Work closely with Digital, Brand, Analytics, IT, Operations, and Call Center teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
BBA/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant experience in CRM, retention, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, e-commerce, or customer analytics.
Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and customer lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms.
Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
Experience in QSR, retail, e-commerce, telecom, fintech, or similar consumer businesses is preferred.
