Job Family Supply Chain | Order-to-Cash (O2C)

Main Purpose: Support optimal stock availability across sales channels and customers through effective management of stock allocation process for order processing, including proactive review of demand and supply simulations and customer behavior analysis.



Collaborate across market functions to undertake actions to mitigate risk and impact, while enhancing the business’ ability to provide proactive communication to customers in case of out-of-stock situations. Ensure timely completion of daily order-to-cash (O2C) / ordering cycle and identify process improvement opportunities.

  • Advise and support fruit orchard farmers on Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) to improve fruit quality, productivity, and sustainability.
