Position: Accounts Officer
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions, including receipts, journal vouchers, and accounting entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, hotel current accounts, and supplier/customer ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and verify invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents before payment processing.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing, budgeting, variance analysis, and preparation of tax-related documentation.
- Maintain proper financial records and support internal/external audits by providing required documents.
QUALIFICATION: Graduation in a relevant discipline
EXPERIENCE: 01-02 years of relevant work Experience.

- Monitors Food & Beverage costs, inventory levels, and expense records to ensure accuracy.
- Conducts regular checks of stores, receiving areas, and minibar operations to ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Verifies invoices, GRNs, sales reports, and maintaining accurate cost records.
- Assists in preparing monthly cost reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Supports procurement, portion control, and stock monitoring to control costs and minimize wastage.
- Assists in monitoring daily Food & Beverage consumption and identifies discrepancies to support effective cost control
