Lotte Kolson (Pvt.) Limited is looking for a commercially sharp ‘Trade Category Manager’ to own the growth strategy for our Snacks & Biscuits portfolio across General Trade, Modern Trade, and Wholesale. You’ll be the link between Sales, Marketing, and Finance using data to drive volume, visibility, and profitability across the category.
What you’ll do:
- Build and execute annual category growth plans by channel and region
- Own pricing, trade spend, and promotions with ROI tracked on every scheme
- Shape planograms and shelf-share strategy with Modern Trade partners
- Identify white space in pack sizes, price points, and segments and launch into it
- Drive distributor performance, route-to-market efficiency, and NPD rollouts
- Report category KPIs and business insights straight to leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters in Business, Sales and Marketing or related field.
- 5–7 years of FMCG experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing, or Sales Planning
- Skillset: Data Analysis, Sales and distribution Analysis, MS Office, Power BI & Sales flo
- Strong analytical & commercial instinct, stakeholder-management skills.
