Head – Information Security (VP/Group)

  • Qualification: Minimum 16 years education from a HEC-recognized / Foreign Institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 07 years of post-qualification exp. with 04 years of relevant or Banking experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead strategy, governance, and implementation of information security practices.
    • Develop and maintain security frameworks, policies, and procedures.
    • Collaborate with IT to design and oversee end-to-end cybersecurity strategy.
    • Provide senior management with regular updates on risk profiles and security programs.
    • Drive information security culture and systems in alignment with business growth goals.

Head – Credit Underwriting (UAM) (AVP/CAG)



  • Qualification: Minimum 16 years education from a HEC-recognized / Foreign Institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 07 years of post-qualification exp. with 04 years of relevant or Banking experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee SAM, CAD, Credit Risk, CCO, and Analytics functions.
    • Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and internal credit policies.
    • Supervise credit underwriting, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
    • Monitor portfolio quality, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
    • Lead teams, strengthen SOPs, and present reports to senior management.

Head – HR Operations & Employee Relations

  • Qualification: Minimum 16 years education from a HEC-recognized / Foreign Institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 07 years of post-qualification experience with 04 years of relevant or Banking experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead end-to-end HR operational functions: HRIS, payroll coordination, benefits, and HR documentation.
    • Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and service standards in line with SBP regulation and applicable Labour Laws.
    • Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, investigations, and workplace conflict.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and statutory obligations.
    • Drive HR process automation, research, reporting, and operational efficiency.
    • Support implementation of the HR Strategic Plan and build organizational capabilities.

HR Strategy & Organizational Development Head

  • Qualification: Minimum 16 years education from a HEC-recognized / Foreign Institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience with 03 years of relevant or Banking experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
    • Lead organization design, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
    • Drive talent, succession, leadership development, and career architecture programs.
    • Lead culture transformation, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Develop HR policies, frameworks, and performance management/total reward practices.
    • Establish HR analytics and impact metrics to align performance with targets.
    • Lead OD interventions, capability building, and capability enhancement programs.

Regional Business Head (RB) across Punjab

  • Qualification: Minimum 16 years education from HEC-recognized / Foreign Institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 07 years of post-qualification experience with 04 years of relevant or Banking experience.
  • Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Drive regional deposits, advances, financing (Agri & Non-Agri) and all business growth against assigned targets.
    • Supervise, monitor and control all branches in line with credit and operational guidelines from Head Office & other regulators.
    • Review and recommend credit proposals within delegated authority and ensure proper handling of SBP, SME/Agri Schemes, referral cases to CCO/SAM where required.
    • Conduct branch inspections and surprise visits; ensure closure of audit/inspection observations.
    • Prepare and monitor regional budget; manage branch operations/assets for safety and optimal utilization.
    • Drive marketing, branding and customer acquisition activities across the region.
    • Ensure strict compliance with SBP, Prudential Regulations, AML/CFT requirements and HO directives.
    • Ensure fair treatment of customers, complaint resolution and adherence to Customer Protection Framework.
    • Promote high standards of professional ethics and maintain a culture of governance, transparency and accountability.
    • Achievement of KPIs including but not limited to, Deposit & Advances Growth, Portfolio Quality (NPL/Write Offs), Profitability, Compliance, & Audit/Brand Governance.

Chief Security Officer

  • Qualification: Minimum 14 years education from a HEC-recognized / Foreign Institution. Preferable ex-Armed Forces Officer of the rank of Major/equivalent Master or BSc/BBA or equivalent will be added advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience with 03 years of relevant or Banking experience.
  • Note: Compulsory retired from service or dishonourably discharged candidates are not eligible to apply.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop, implement and administer all aspects of physical security and safety programs as per security policy of state.
    • Supervise overall security arrangements of bank, covering all branches / other offices including Head Office.
    • Oversee overall physical security policy and enforce compliance across the bank and ensure implementation.
    • Ensure proper working of electronic security devices across all branches of bank, such as CCTV, Alarm/Burglar Alarms, Fire/Smoke Detectors, Fire Alarms and Fire Extinguishers etc.
    • Deep liaison between Bank and law enforcement authorities at appropriate levels to address security threats.
    • Set, administer, analyze, identify physical hazards and physical security weaknesses at all bank premises.

Unit Manager – Credit Administration Division (CAD)

  • Qualification: Minimum 16 years education from a HEC-recognized / Foreign Institution. Relevant certification preferred will be added advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant or Banking experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee loan/credit processing and documentation compliance.
    • Monitor disbursed loans for adherence to terms and repayment schedules.
    • Maintain accurate records and resolve documentation gaps with branches.
    • Prepare periodic compliance and activity reports for management.
    • Implement SBP regulations and credit monitoring standards.

Unit Manager – Regulatory Accounts

  • Qualification: Minimum 16 years education from HEC-recognized / Foreign Institution. Master’s degree in Accounting, Business & Finance, CA or ACCA will be an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant or Banking experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead preparation of annual and interim financial statements in accordance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure full compliance with applicable IFRS standards including financial instruments, revenue recognition, leases, and disclosures.
    • Manage financial statement disclosures, notes to accounts, and related working papers.
    • Liaise with internal and external auditors for audit coordination and standard quarterly review.
    • Ensure implementation of new and revised accounting standards and assess their financial impact.
    • Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual internal financial reports for management and the board.
    • Ensure compliance with directives from SBP, Inland Revenue, and tax authorities.
    • Ensure reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts and timely resolution of discrepancies.
    • Ensure compliance with periodic cut-offs and timely processing of accounting transactions in the system.

Unit Manager – Regulatory Reporting

  • Qualification: Minimum 16 years education from HEC-recognized / Foreign Institution. Master’s degree in Accounting, Business & Finance, CA or ACCA will be an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant or Banking experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and oversee preparation, review, and timely submission of all regulatory returns and reports required by SBP and other applicable regulatory authorities.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable SBP regulations, circulars, notifications, and reporting requirements, and monitor changes in regulatory requirements affecting the bank.
    • Ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency and integrity of regulatory data through appropriate validation, review and reconciliation with the General Ledger, Core Banking System, and core systems.
    • Coordinate with IT and Core Banking System teams, Business Units, and other relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely information required for regulatory reporting.
    • Maintain a comprehensive regulatory reporting calendar and ensure adherence to all prescribed reporting frequencies, timelines, formats, and structural requirements.
    • Maintain proper working papers, supporting schedules, documentation and audit trails for regulatory returns and ensure appropriate reviews and sign-offs prior to submission.
    • Liaise with SBP inspectors and auditors on regulatory reporting matters, including clarification of return contents, resolution of data queries, and standard implementation of regulatory reporting guidelines.
    • Coordinate and ensure timely resolution of regulatory reporting related observations raised by SBP, Internal Audit, External Audit and other assurance functions.

Unit Manager – System Administrator

  • Qualification: Minimum 16 years education from a HEC-recognized / Foreign Institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant or Banking experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for non-stop 24/7/365 uptime of Data Center (Primary Site) & DR Site.
    • Responsible for configuration and maintenance of VMware, Active Directory, DNS, VPN and related systems.
    • Perform network infrastructure support and system backups for Data Center.
    • Ensure latest security patches on all the hardware/software.
    • Ensure health of all hardware elements in Data Center, items with support and follow up thoroughly.

Unit Manager – Account Opening (QC)

  • Qualification: Minimum 16 years education from HEC-recognized / Foreign Institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant or Banking experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Supervise entire workflow of QC and ensure that customers are being onboarded after completion of requisite formalities as per terms SBP & compliance policy of the bank strictly following guidelines given by SBP.
    • Scrutinize all documents for completion of information, accurate risk profile, and accurate Risk Profiling.
    • Maintain and store required forms and ensure quality of data generated from local branches.
    • Account opening/forms list including account opening forms, KYC forms and other relevant documents.
    • Ensure that standard documented turn around time (TAT) for opening of accounts / legacy accounts maintenance and service accessibility is maintained.
    • Communication with branches and concerned teams of other divisions for obtaining relevant information and documents for opening new accounts and maintenance of legacy accounts.

Branch Managers (BM) across Punjab

  • Qualification: Minimum 16 years education from HEC-recognized / Foreign Institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 04 years of relevant or Banking experience.
  • Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Drive overall branch business performance (Deposit Mobilization, Advances, Agri/SME/Consumer Financing and cross-sell).
    • Supervise credit processing, documentation and disbursement in assigned branch; actively monitor early warning signs.
    • Monitor recovery of overdue/defaulted accounts and control the branch NPL ratio.
    • Ensure smooth branch operations, account opening, clearance, cash management, gold loan custody, and ATM service 24/7.
    • Implement approved SOPs and internal controls; maintain high standard of compliance and risk mitigation.
    • Resolve customer complaints and uphold service quality and customer satisfaction standards.
    • Supervise branch staff, ensure strict staff discipline, attendance, and leave management.
    • Support marketing/branding activities and community outreach functions in relevant territory.
    • Ensure compliance with SBP Prudential Regulations, AML/CFT (incorporating FATCA/CRS) and internal standards.
    • Maintain security and safety protocols; prompt reporting of incidents to CSO and SBP escalation timings.
    • Report suspected fraud, security breaches or control lapses immediately to Regional Risk/Compliance.
    • Achievement of KPIs including but not limited to, Deposits & Advances Growth, Advances Collection & Recovery, Service Standard, Operational Quality, Branch Profitability.

Officer Database Administrator

  • Qualification: Minimum 16 years education from a HEC-recognized / Foreign Institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 02 years of relevant or Banking experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts and database design principles.
    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration, maintenance, backup, recovery, and report development.
    • Ability to write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
    • Basic understanding of high availability concepts and database security.
    • Basic understanding of shell scripting, batch files, and database reporting.

Officer Network Engineer

  • Qualification: Minimum 16 years education from a HEC-recognized / Foreign Institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 02 years of relevant or Banking experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • IT Network administration for Primary & DR site.
    • Assist to design and manage network infrastructure in a multi-vendor environment (Cisco, Fortinet).
    • Ensure network security using NGFWs, IPS/IDS, and Cisco ISE; identify security flaws and resolve issues.
    • Manage WAN, router access points, IP Telephony and Wi-Fi equipment.
    • Maintain IT infrastructure (Head Office / Field Offices).
    • Provide tier-2 network technical support for any problems regarding IT infrastructure.

Officer System Support

  • Qualification: Minimum 14 years of education from a HEC-recognized / Foreign Institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 02 years of relevant or Banking experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide technical support to end-users and branches for hardware and software-related issues.
    • Manage and maintain IT systems, servers, and applications to ensure operational continuity.
    • Manage user accounts, access rights, and system configurations as per IT policies.
    • Maintain IT asset inventory and prepare reports on system performance and incidents.

Officer Operations (Cash Management)

  • Qualification: Minimum 14 years education from a HEC-recognized / Foreign Institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 02 years of relevant or Banking experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide operational support to branches regarding banking operations activities for cash management, fund transfer, clearing, remittances and other banking operations matters.
    • Ensure implementation of SBP Money/Cash Management Strategy to line up through regions and state, fully compliant with SBP instructions.
    • Monitoring on regular basis cash in hand and cash with limits in branches.
    • Supervise Fresh Currency, issued by SBP.
    • Ensure implementation of SBP Currency Management Strategy, state-level and monthly SBP reporting.
    • Act as Desk Coordinator for inquiries pertaining to operations.
    • Liaise with Regions and branches for timely collection of data/information required by management and regulators on cash management.

Officer Operations (Policy & Procedure)

  • Qualification: Minimum 14 years education from a HEC-recognized / Foreign Institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 02 years of relevant or Banking experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Draft, review, and update policies, procedures, SOPs, and operational manuals.
    • Ensure policies and procedures align with SBP regulations, industry best practices, and internal controls.
    • Review regulatory circulars and instructions and assess their impact on existing policies and procedures.
    • Maintain an updated repository and record of approved policies, procedures, and amendments.
    • Assist in identifying process gaps and recommending improvements to strengthen operational efficiency and control.
    • Collaborate with risk, compliance, and legal teams to align operational policy with risk governance structures.

Officer Card Management

  • Qualification: Minimum 14 years education from a HEC-recognized / Foreign Institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 02 years of relevant or Banking experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Inventory management of unassigned cards (new, renewed, replacement) for warehouse and branches in 1-2-1011.
    • Prepare and validate dispatch batches, levels, and ensure accuracy of card data with records.
    • Maintain accurate dispatch logs, courier tracking records, and audit trails.
    • Coordinate with vendors and couriers for card production, personalized print layouts and card dispatch.
    • Monitor delivery status, failed POSes, and resolve delivery/dispatch issues with courier partners.
    • Manage returned, undelivered, or spoiled cards, ensuring proper system updates, secure custody, and destruction/disposal process.
    • Prepare MIS reports on card dispatches, delivery performance, pending/unclaimed cards, and hold-in-warehouse statistics.
    • Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, internal policies, and risk standards for security, privacy, and proper documentation throughout the process.

Officer Call Centre

  • Qualification: Minimum 14 years education from a HEC-recognized / Foreign Institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 01 year of relevant or Banking experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
    • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
    • Maintain accurate logs, customer interaction records and follow-up commit dates.
    • Escalation complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or relevant departments within defined time lines, etc.
    • Soft skills for handling calls, selling abilities, persuasion, and empathy.
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tool applications.
