Transsion Tecno Motors is looking to hire Executive B2B Sales – Karachi
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field (MBA preferred).
🛠Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales.
💼 Responsibilities:
•Identify and develop potential B2B customers, corporate clients, dealers, and business partners to generate new business opportunities.
•Generate and convert leads through market visits, referrals, networking, digital channels, and other sales activities.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive repeat and new business.
•Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service solutions, proposals, and quotations.
•Negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines and close sales deals to achieve assigned targets.
•Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, payments, and customer requirements to ensure timely execution.
•Conduct regular market visits, monitor competitor activities, and identify emerging business opportunities.
•Maintain accurate customer/lead records and submit regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, conversions, and market feedback.
•Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment, resolve customer issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
