Position: Odoo Accounts Assistant No of Positions: 01
Location: Lahore, Pakistan.
Education: BCom (Bachelor of Commerce).
Key Responsiibilities:
- Enter and maintain all accounting transactions in Odoo.
- Record invoices, bills, receipts, payments and expenses.
- Maintain customer and vendor records in Odoo.
- Update bank, cash and project-wise transactions.
- Upload and maintain supporting documents against relevant entries.
- Ensure all entries are accurate, complete and updated on time.
- Check and correct missing, duplicate or incorrect entries.
- Maintain proper customer and vendor ledgers.
- Generate required reports and statements from Odoo.
- Keep all Odoo accounting records properly organized and up to date.

Position: Civil Engineer. No of Positions: 01 Location: Multan, Pakistan. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsiibilities:
- Supervise and execute civil works as per approved drawings and BOQ.
- Plan and monitor daily site activities and project progress.
- Ensure quality of civil, finishing and renovation works.
- Coordinate with client, subcontractors, vendors and project team.
- Prepare material requirements and verify site quantities.
- Ensure work is completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HSSE requirements and safe working practices.
- Manage inspections, observations, snag rectification and project handover.
- Support BOQ, estimates, variations and as-built documentation.
