We’re looking for an experienced IT Hardware Procurement Executive who can source IT hardware and technology products from international suppliers.

What you’ll do:

· Source laptops, desktops, RAM, SSDs, servers, storage devices, routers, switches, networking equipment, and related IT components

· Identify reliable suppliers and compare pricing, specifications, quality, warranty, and delivery timelines

· Procure products through platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, Chinese suppliers, distributors, and other international vendors

· Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with vendors

· Verify product specifications and compatibility before purchasing

· Coordinate purchase orders, shipments, deliveries, and inventory requirements

· Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and distributors

· Monitor market pricing and identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities

What we’re looking for:

· 3+ years of experience in IT hardware procurement, sourcing, or purchasing

· Strong knowledge of computer hardware and networking products

· Experience sourcing from international marketplaces and suppliers

· Good understanding of vendor verification, shipping, lead times, and product authenticity

· Strong negotiation, research, and communication skills

· Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement/inventory tools

· Preferred: Experience working with IT resellers, distributors, system integrators, or technology companies.

What you’ll do:

· Generate new business and manage accounts.

· Understand client requirements and recommend the right solutions.
· Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
· Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for pricing and delivery.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What we’re looking for:

· 2+ years of experience in IT hardware sales
· Strong understanding of hardware and networking products
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
· Experience working with resellers, distributors, system integrators, or IT companies preferred
