𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 – 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐲 to lead our finance operations.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

𝐨 Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, payment scheduling, and aging management.
𝐨 Strengthen AP controls, ensure policy compliance, and drive process automation and efficiency improvements.
𝐨 Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, banking relationships, and fund utilization to ensure smooth business operations across retail and Ecommerce operations.
𝐨 Monitor operating expenses against approved budgets, perform variance analysis, and provide actionable financial insights to management.
𝐨 Partner with business teams to enhance cost control, budgeting discipline, and periodic management reporting.
𝐨 Manage the organization’s takaful portfolio, including policy renewals, coverage adequacy, premium optimization, and regulatory compliance.
𝐨 Lead day-to-day finance operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
𝐨 Support monthly and annual financial closing, audits, SOP development, and continuous improvement of finance processes.
𝐨 Lead ERP implementation, enhancement, testing, user acceptance, and finance process integration, preferably on Microsoft Dynamics.
𝐨 Drive system automation, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to improve operational efficiency and financial reporting.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

𝐨 Professional qualification: 𝐂𝐀, 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐀, 𝐂𝐌𝐀, 𝐂𝐏𝐀, or equivalent.
𝐨 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including managerial responsibilities.
𝐨 Expertise in 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐲, 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞, 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥.
𝐨 Hands-on experience with ERP implementation, preferably 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐃𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐬.
𝐨 Strong knowledge of financial controls, banking, budgeting, and financial reporting.
𝐨 Retail and/or eCommerce industry experience preferred.
𝐨 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
