JOB SUMMARY:
The Manager HR Operations is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end HR operational functions across the North Nazimabad Campus. The role ensures efficient execution of HR processes, compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, employee lifecycle management, HR systems, employee records, payroll coordination, and continuous process improvement. The incumbent will partner with departmental leadership to deliver high-quality HR services that support organizational objectives while enhancing employee experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead all HR operational activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, resignations, retirements, and exit formalities.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, resolving workplace issues, and ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies.
- Serve as the primary HR liaison with professional regulatory and licensing authorities, including the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC), Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC), and other relevant statutory and healthcare regulatory bodies.
- Address employee queries related to HR operations, policies, attendance, and benefits.
- Ensure effective utilization of HRMS and maintain accurate employee data.
- Supervise and mentor HR Operations team members.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Academic Qualifications: MBA or BBA Degree in Business Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
- Working Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience
