We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Executive – PU Production to join our manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities:
. Manage daily operations of PU Direct Injection / Direct Pouring production machines.
. Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
. Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
. Supervise production staff and ensure compliance with safety regulations and SOPs.
. Prepare production reports and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience in PU Direct Injection / Direct Pouring processes.
