JOB POSITION : AM PURCHASE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and evaluate suppliers of raw materials, footwear manufacturing machines, tools and spare parts etc.
- Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with suppliers to secure cost-effective and timely procurement.
- Continuously assess supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to select appropriate materials based on product specifications and quality standards.
- Timely submission of vendor / supplier invoices to ensure the compliance of payable process.
- Timely settlement and returns of products not meet quality standards
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all materials meet or exceed the required quality standards.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify cost-saving opportunities and cost effective alternatives.
- Control and optimize procurement costs without compromising quality or timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance of procurement process, data input in ERP, maintain accurate records and documentation of all procurement activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/ BBA/BS/MBA/MS in supply chain management
- Work Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Age: 30-40 Years
