As Branch Manager, you will oversee end-to-end branch operations, spearhead commercial growth, and foster a high-performance culture. Your core responsibilities include:
Business Growth: Driving and achieving assigned targets across Current Accounts (CA), Savings Accounts (SA), Cross-Selling, and overall Branch Profitability.
Operational Excellence: Maintaining a robust control environment in strict compliance with the bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Team Leadership: Supervising, mentoring, and empowering branch staff to deliver superior service and achieve collective performance metrics.

🔍 What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on Branch Banking experience (with demonstrated exposure to branch operations and target achievement).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (Master’s / MBA preferred).
