REQUIREMENTS
-BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
-Lead ERP implementation projects.
-Analyze business needs and define technical solutions.
-Manage Oracle EBS Financials, Supply Chain, and WIP modules.
-Develop APIs, interfaces, reports, workflows, and custom applications.
-Lead Oracle development teams and manage multiple projects.
-Improve business processes and maintain SOPs/documentation.
-Provide application support, user training, and system enhancements.
Technical Skills
-Experience in 4–5 full-cycle ERP/application projects.
-Proficient in Oracle APEX, Forms & Reports, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, and Toad.
-Skilled in Oracle EBS R12 customization, workflows, APIs, and interfaces.
-Knowledge of OAF, BI Publisher, OBIEE, and Oracle Financials/Supply Chain.
-Experience with business process documentation using MS Visio or ERwin.
Soft Skills
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
-Skilled in process improvement and team mentoring.
-Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
