Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Banking or relevant field
Department: Customer Services
Experience: Preferably 2 to 5 years’ banking experience
Job Skills & Responsibilities:
-Service Quality check to ensure delivery of consistent and superiors service and maintain service standards across branches.
-Monitor service quality standards and benchmarks in line with industry best practices and regulatory expectations.
-Conduct branch surveys to assess service performance and branch ambiance.
-Drive process improvement initiatives
-Implement and monitor service quality standards and benchmarks in line with industry best practices and regulatory expectations
-Identify service gaps and collaborate with relevant department for root cause analysis and service improvement initiatives.
-Prepare Customer feedback, complaints, and service metrics
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Confident and positive attitude
-Analytical Skills
-Process improvement expertise
-Location: Sukkur, Nawabshah, Quetta, Islamabad
