We are looking for a dynamic and skilled professional to join our HR team as an HR Generalist. This role will play a pivotal part in strengthening our people operations, supporting organizational growth, and setting new benchmarks in line with leading HR best practices.

The primary areas of focus and expertise for an ideal candidate are:

Support in the full recruitment life cycle and onboarding of new management employees.
Maintain accurate headcount data and ensure timely hiring in alignment with approved manpower plans.
Ensure refresher trainings for the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year dialogue, and year-end evaluation.
Support in planning and organizing employee engagement activities.
Conduct detailed orientation sessions for new joiners, prepare organizational announcements, brief employees on HR policies and processes, and ensure they are well-equipped with the required assets.
Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility, attract top talent, and strengthen the overall employee value proposition.
Analyze overtime trends across departments and collaborate with leaders to design strategies that optimize workforce utilization and reduce unnecessary overtime costs.
Assist in organizing leadership and skills development programs. Track learning participation and feedback across internal and external training sessions, and support in maintaining and updating all L&D support tools and resources.
Support HR compliance and audit requirements by maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring timely documentation, and assisting in internal and external HR audits as per company policies and statutory requirements.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
03 to 04 years of experience in the HR department of the textile industry or any manufacturing industry.

The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
