Position: EXPORT DOCUMENTATION OFFICER ONLY FOR KARACHI
Role Description: The position is based in S.I.T.E area, Karachi. The Export Documentation Officer will oversee and manage all aspects of export documentation and compliance, ensure smooth coordination of export logistics, and international trade regulations. Responsibilities include processing export orders, banking & shipping documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of Export Documentation and Import Export regulations
- Experience in International Trade Laws and Custom operations
- Basic understanding of Sales processes related to international markets
- Attention to detail and familiarity with global trade requirements
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents for smooth execution of shipments
- Handle LC (Letter of Credit) documentation and bank submissions
- Prepare, review, and manage all aspects of export documentation (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, etc.)
- Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch of shipment documents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for export documentation
- Preferably FMCG or food manufacturing industry
