ATCO is hiring Regional Head (International Marketing).

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze market potential, competitor activity, and regulatory landscapes to drive product penetration and market entry strategies.
· Identify and finalize partnerships, manage NDAs/MOUs, and oversee product registrations with regulatory bodies.
· Develop and execute strategic plans to meet annual sales and marketing targets, ensuring effective brand visibility and product demand.
· Implement strategies to maximize revenue, maintain cost efficiency, and achieve optimal sales-to-expense ratios.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams (Supply Chain, Production, Finance, Regulatory) and external stakeholders (Distributors, Partners, Customers).
· Lead coordination across departments to ensure alignment on business goals.
· Provide strong leadership, motivation, and training to empower your team to deliver results and achieve career growth.
· Develop and manage budgets aligned with business objectives, ensuring ROI-focused allocation of resources.
· Regularly travel to international territories to identify opportunities, address gaps, and strengthen customer connections.

Education & Experience:

· MBA / Pharmacist degree required.
· Minimum 10 years in International Marketing, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
· Strong track record of driving sales growth, profitability, and market expansion in international markets (preferably Arica).
· Expertise in partnership development, regulatory management, and strategic negotiations.
· Demonstrated ability to lead cross-cultural teams and deliver results in complex, competitive markets.
