Mughal Energy Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager Administration to lead and oversee our administrative operations. This is a key leadership role that requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in administrative management, preferably within a large-scale industrial setup.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Lead the administration function, ensuring efficient operations across all facilities and departments.

Oversee security, transport, housekeeping, canteen, utility management, and general services.

Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to improve operational effectiveness.

Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless administrative support.

Manage contracts and service level agreements with external vendors and service providers.

Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Lead and mentor the admin team, promoting a high-performance culture.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.

🔹 Qualifications & Experience:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

18+ years of progressive experience in administrative management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and multiple sites.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in an industrial or energy sector environment will be highly preferred.
