Job Description:
As the Manager ERP, you will oversee the end-to-end management and implementation of ERP systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and improve operational efficiency. You will be responsible for coordinating with various departments, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of ERP systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, HR, supply chain, etc.) to understand business requirements and ensure ERP customization to meet those needs.
Develop and implement strategies to improve ERP processes and integrate new features.
Provide training and support to users to maximize ERP functionality.
Monitor system performance and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
Collaborate with external vendors for ERP-related upgrades and troubleshooting.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to the ERP system processes and configurations.
Oversee system testing, validation, and ensure data integrity across modules.
Stay updated on ERP trends and best practices to recommend enhancements.
Manage a team of ERP professionals, guiding them to meet objectives and deadlines.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications are a plus).
5+ years of experience in ERP management, with a focus on system integration and business process optimization.
Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
-Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with external vendors.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on ERP performance.
