Interior Sindh: Sehwan Sharif, Qambar, Tando Jam, Sakrand, Kot Ghulam Muhammad

Qualification & Experience: Graduate with 3-5 years of relevant / microfinance experience.

Age limit: 45 years

Job Description:

Promote loan products, achieve targets, and ensure quality portfolio management.
Screen clients, coach staff, and build the bank’s market reputation.
Meet KPIs and sales targets by managing sales teams effectively.
Review creditworthiness, verify income, and assess loan eligibility.
Coordinate loan disbursal, ensure premises security and manage operations.
Co-ordinate with the operation / risk department to ensure timely disbursal of loans while maintaining the integrity of the process and documents.
Facilitate administrative and financial matters of Service Center.

We are looking for an experienced Collection & Recovery Head to join our team!

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in recovery, with 1-2 years in a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Recovery & Collection Officers overseeing pre-litigation efforts.
Supervise a team of Litigation Officers responsible for managing litigation cases.
Contribute to the development and execution of effective recovery & collection strategies.
