Position : Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager Microsoft Administrator Rawalpindi

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online and Teams.
• Implement and deploy Exchange Online, with experience in migration and upgrades.
• Configure and manage security policies, including data retention and anti-spam filtering.
• Provide primary on-site support for Microsoft 365 issues and troubleshoot mobile device sync.
• Support Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) with Active Directory Federation Services.
• Automate administrative tasks and reporting using PowerShell scripting.
• Perform monthly Active Directory audits, including user management and group permissions.
• Manage and optimize Mobile Device Management (MDM) using MS Intune.
• Create and maintain documentation and user guides for internal processes and end-users.
• Manage DNS/DHCP configurations and support email protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP3).
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning and infrastructure implementations.
• Ensure SLA adherence and resolve technical issues through effective ticket management.

Education & Experience:

• Experience with different Microsoft Products like SCCM, SCOM, WSUS.
• Certified MS 0365 administration.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
• 3-5 years of experience.

Position : Sr. Application Support Analyst Rawalpindi

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of application supports analysts for maintaining core banking and other business critical applications.
• Ensure high availability and performance of applications, proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including vendor and internal IT information and development for troubleshooting resolution and prevent solutions to avoid future issues.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 3 -5 Year experience in the field of IT.
• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant degree.

Skills:

• SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, postman, MS project.
• Expertise in application management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills for effective issue resolution.

Position : Team Lead IT Support Rawalpindi

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordination with the end users for hardware/software and other IT related issues.
• Managing a team of technical support, overseeing the day to day operations of the helpdesk.
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues escalated from the helpdesk.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members on resolving user problems.
• Collection of IT equipment inventory, assist to Manager IT Ops for assigning of IT equipment accordingly.
• Perform network troubleshooting and resolution, coordination with ISP’s team for restoration communication links.
• Coordination with Infosec team in order to provide up to date details of computer system, security patches/system upgradation etc is up to the mark.
• Assigning tasks and monitoring progress of team members.
• Implementing new customer support strategies and procedures.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelors in relevant field from a recognized institution
• Experience: 3 to 5 Years in relevant fields
• Other Skills – MS office, email, internet, Communication, Technical, Interpersonal, Capable of working well under pressure, Microsoft certification will be added advantage.
