HIRING Assistant Manager Civil
Reporting to: Manager Projects & Infrastructure
Location: Lahore
Contract Type: Permanent
Key Accountabilities
- This job is 30% project & 70% facility management
- Coordination with end-users for collection of facility or project requirement
- Assisting in development of facility & infrastructure design
- Prepare project budgets & facilities maintenance estimates
- Integrate value engineering effort with engineering consultants
- Identify resources (contractors) for execution of project or facility maintenance
- Develop specifications for the jobs with stakeholders
- Ensure compliant execution in line with the law and company policy
- Execute jobs in conformance to the specifications (Quality Management System)
- Do in-house basic engineering (including structural & Geotech, Steel & RCC)
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Bachelors in Civil or Architectural Engineering
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Good structural engineering concepts (Steel & RCC)
- Basic knowledge of codes (BCP, AISC, UBC, IBC etc.)
- Construction QMS & ITP, Project Management Knowledge areas
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SAP2000/ ETABS/ STAAD
- (Preferable) MS Project, Primavera, REVIT, BIM
