Position: Deputy Manager Career Development and Alumni Relations

Key Responsibilities:

-Career Counseling & Guidance: Provide personalized career support to students and alumni, offering advice on job search, resumes, and industry trends.
-Industry Engagement & Partnerships: Build relationships with industry partners to create job placements, internships, and collaborative opportunities for students.
-Alumni Relations: Develop programs to engage alumni, fostering mentorship, job referrals, and networking to support career development.
-Job Placement & Internship Programs: Collaborate with employers to design internships and job opportunities, ensuring alignment with industry needs.
-Workshops & Career Events: Organize job fairs, networking events, and skill-building workshops to enhance students’ employability.
-Resource Development: Create career resources such as CV writing guides, interview tips, and industry reports tailored to students.
-Collaboration with Faculty: Work with faculty to incorporate industry insights and experiential learning opportunities into academic programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

-Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or Career Development.
-At least 3–5 years of experience in career services, alumni relations, corporate partnerships, or university-industry linkages.
-Proven ability to build professional relationships with employers and industry stakeholders.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with students, alumni, faculty, and industry professionals.
-Strong organizational skills to plan and execute career fairs, networking events, and training sessions.
-Understanding of career pathways in arts, design, media, IT, management, social sciences, and other fields offered at BNU.
