Finance Trainee
Ghulam Faruque Group (GFG) is a progressive and diversified industrial group and has interest in cement, sugar, packaging, distillery, power, 1 solar, paper & board, air conditioning and engineering products trading sectors. We are looking for qualified individuals in Mirpurkhas Sugar Mills Limited for our Head Office based in Karachi:
Areas of Exposure and Development:
- Accounts Payable: Understand and assist in managing the organization’s payable functions, including invoice processing and vendor management.
- Treasury Management: Work closely with our treasury team on cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and other treasury functions.
- Costing: Get insights into costing processes, helping analyze cost drivers, and contributing to cost-saving initiatives
- Financial Reporting: Participate in preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and assist in the monthly and annual closing processes
- Accounts Receivable: Assist in managing receivables by tracking customer payments, following up on outstanding balances, and contributing to accurate cash flow forecasting
Candidate should be a fresh MBA/ACCA/ICMA qualified. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are essential. Proficiency in MS Excel skills will be an added advantage
