POSITION: Senior Officer – Rewards
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of experience in HR, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and manage comprehensive compensation and benefit strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Conduct salary benchmarking, analyse market data, and recommend competitive reward structures
- Ensure clear and effective communication of reward programs to employees and stakeholders
- Leverage analytics and insights to drive informed decision-making in rewards and compensation
CORE KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Strong proficiency in HRIS and advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Solid understanding of compensation laws, regulations, and best practices
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
LOCATION: Head Office, Lahore Apply
POSITION: Senior Officer, IT Coordination
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in BSCS, BS IT, Bachelor in Information Systems, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of experience with software development life cycle is required. Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, or Trello) will be preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee project tasks in ClickUp, collaborate with team leads, and ensure alignment with timelines and deliverables while documenting and sharing accurate meeting minutes to maintain project continuity
- Support the System Analyst by gathering and documenting user requirements, acting as a bridge between users and development teams, and monitoring project statuses to ensure timely delivery
- Address user support requests promptly, providing assistance, and escalating issues when necessary to maintain operational efficiency
